Short bio
Chengwei Liu is Associate Professor of Strategy and Behavioural Science at Imperial Business School and Department Editor (Organizations) at Management Science. He previously served as Senior Editor at Organization Science. His research examines how luck shapes success, how organizations learn in the age of AI, and how contrarian thinking turns decision biases into better strategy.
His work has appeared in leading journals including Academy of Management Review, Management Science, Organization Science, Strategic Management Journal, Strategy Science, and Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, as well as practitioner outlets including Harvard Business Review.
