Luck, Learning in the Age of AI, and Contrarian Thinking.

I am an Associate Professor of Strategy and Behavioural Science at Imperial Business School and Department Editor (Organizations) at Management Science. I previously served as Senior Editor at Organization Science.

My research examines how luck shapes success, how organizations learn in the age of AI, and how contrarian thinking turns decision biases into better strategy.
